Pros

Company is great to work for. You feel like a team member vs. an employee. Always treated fairly. Not a selfish company to work for always compensates fairly. Also willing to teach their employees new things and push them to grow in our fields and within the company.

Can't think of any at all.

free snacks, aside from that none that I can recall. If you need a paycheck apply

There’s no structure, so you’re constantly compensating for the company’s lack of organization. The tools are outdated, which makes your job harder than it needs to be. The goals don’t match reality, so you’re set up to feel behind no matter how hard you work. Favoritism drives decisions, not fairness or performance. Your time isn’t respected, especially if overtime isn’t paid.
