      - Stuck between being a corporate and a start up. Starting to implement many new rules which do not reflect the spirit of high tech companies. - Zero appreciation regarding salaries and other benefits to employees which are not technical. - Focusing on signing new customers while the platform used cannot contain them all. They refuse to invest time and effort in improving the product and make their employees work like machines.
