      Pros

      I liked the middle management, my actual boss was a great guy. You can learn a lot about affiliate marketing.

      Cons

      The owner is very unprofessional. He yelled at me because I gave him a two week notice. I sat in my cubicle all day and they asked me to not wear headphones so that they could yell at me from their office.

      Pros

      They have a nice office in a good location in Cottonwood Heights. Always a fun time playing ping pong and foosball...

      Cons

      Not really a full-service agency (not all services are in-house). They run an all around unprofessional office. There is very little direction and vision which stems from poor leadership.
