Clueless Sales Leadership

Used to have good culture with people willingly helping each other but no longer true

Cons

Hired a bunch of clueless sales leaders who do not understand the market and industry. All senior sales leaders are just a bunch of sales ops who make decisions based on spreadsheet. They do not meet customers nor partners. Senior sales leader is clueless ands toxic causing a lot of disruptions to the company. More than 50% of your time will be spent on internal meetings, sales cadence, planning meeting etc rather than meeting customers. Micro management by senior sales leaders who are clueless themselves

- toxic environment - bad senior leadership - leaders who claim credit first and throw others u see the bus - hired leaders who are wrong fit - leaders embarrassing in front of everyone - lies about everything to covered up their incompetency - intentionally setting people up for failure and lying through the nose - abusive, rude, clueless but micro-manage, lies, force cronyism, serious behaviour issue in leaders

Pros

The product and offering are excellent. Customers love it. Visionary CEO.

Cons

Subpar management bench. Everyone is new and trying hard to please each other above. No one cares about people in sales at the front line. More internal meetings have been held in the last 1 month than the # of customers they have met in the previous 6 months. Just Terrible. The management has no idea about Customer Success. One bad hire leads to another, and that's how leadership is built in Singapore. Good Compensation, Delusional Micromanagers, and the worst:- HR doesn't care (why should they?).
