I have worked for NetPay for just over a year and it has been fantastic. I feel that staff are really valued that you are appreciated for your commitment and hard work. They really do recognise you. I have received brilliant feedback from managers and Directors about my work and provide great encouragement and you know you are valued. Staff are encouraged to nominate other staff for going the extra mile with great rewards and the company do a buffet every Friday. I feel that the management team trust and have faith in me and encourage my development within the team. It has a fantastic family feel. There is a lot of potential and opportunities for progression.

Open an honest company with great ethics. They give loads of support and development opportunities. NetPay really go above and beyond to look after their employees. They arrange staff events, like bowling, 6 a-side football, countless charity days and a fantastic buffet every Friday. During my time at NetPay I feel like my hard work is appreciated and rewarded.
