Pros
It was a great environment the entire time. Such great perks and SDR Leadership was fantastic.
Cons
The company is going through major growing pains after a large investment firm acquired it. Clearly they're looking to sell soon and are making cuts. Also the AE managers were sending confusing and mixed messages as to what they wanted from an SDR looking to get promoted. They basically hoped you would quit or stop reaching out if you didn't fit the box that they have in their heads. Again, no direction as to what the lines of the box even consisted of. Incredibly frustrating.
