The company is young, the employees are enthusiastic and there is a positive energy in the air.
Cons
There are a few empty cubes in the main office area, but we are building and growing.

Great leadership in place with group of colleagues that really care and take pride in their work. Good benefits in terms of equity and cash bonus, PTO days, 401K contribution, they pay for majority of employees medical/healthcare, maternity/paternity leave, or leave to take care of sick family member. Company and management seems to understand that people have family to go home to and that family comes first. Growing company with room for advancement. Your opinions are heard.
Cons
There's no role redundancy for most people at the company, so if one person is out for a period of time, they come back to a full plate of work.
