      It wasn't as much fun as I had hoped

      Pros

      The technology spans two families of Network Flow Processors based on IP originating at Intel. Very smart silicon, SW, and systems development teams. They are the true heart and soul of Netronome.

      Cons

      Very poor execution by the management team, not the engineering team. Much of the company's potential has been squandered. That falls squarely on management's shoulders.

      * Amazing technology * Small teams * Free food * Great Healthcare

      * No 401K match * Way Below market * A management that literally has no plan * Management nepotism that allowed the growth of relatives and friends over merit * Management with no plan and no clue and no humility to consult the employees
