Family run business with poor moral compass

All of the cons of working for a family-run business without any of the pros. At Netsolace, you aren't included in the larger Edible enterprise but are expected to work like a dog to meet Edible's unrealistic business goals. They force software updates on Franchisees such that you aren't driven to make good software, but software that increases the bottom line because "your end user will be forced to use this." There were initiatives to introduce software updates to funnel more money towards Edible corp and away from the Franchise owners.

- Hybrid Work - Work/Life Balance - Great Leadership - Company stability. Netsolace is a managed services provider of edible arrangements. I have been with Netsolace coming on four years, previously as a Corporate Help Desk Manager for 3 1/2 years. There is plenty of opportunity for growth within this organization. While you may not have heard of Netsolace out of the gate, they are the MSP for Edible Arrangements in-house at their corporate location. Job security is high & our teams are always growing & great to work with!

Leadership has reevaluated the vision bringing a ton of new talent to Netsolace. New CTO, Sr leadership and employees. Overall this is a challenging environment and will keep you learning every day. Leadership will work with you to keep you moving in the right direction. Working to bring better work life balance. Building a fun and energetic team!

I'm a newer employee and don't have any real cons at this time.
