      Pros

      The reason why I decided to make the move to NetStandard: I asked some of the current employees the simple question - Are you happy here at NetStandard? The employees I asked said nothing but great things about the CEO & President, the Senior Leadership team and fellow coworkers. The honesty I received was more than enough to make the switch to NetStandard.

      Cons

      This is a competitive market - but the owners want to win more than the other companies that are not from KC

      Pros

      The sales team and the culture here are awesome and it just keeps getting better as it is constantly being talked about internally. The products and services that we sell are in high demand and the company does a great job at throwing resources to the business dev team to help bring in leads. They look out for their people and they also put a huge focus on treating the customer right. Our tech team is awesome too which is really the backbone of what we do. They are selective about who they hire both in account development and on the engineering side of the business. That's the combination for a great local tech company to provide a great service to local businesses, and a great place for people to work!

      Internal communications and processes need to continue to improve.
