Pros

Team atmosphere is great - everyone working towards same goal from engineer, development, sales, founder. Growing fast since SAAS offering. Realistic goals, expectations, quotas.

Cons

Still unproven in SAAS market. Growing extremely fast, but still needs another year or so to truly make it.

Definitely the place to be if you enjoy being challenged

- employees are among the best I have seen - abundance of talent and technical expertise - place to be if you enjoy being challenged - management team very closely knit to employees and extremely open to suggestions - Fun? these guys never miss an opportunity to have social events!

Cons

- no cafeteria in the office building - we need a new Foosball and ping pong table. The current ones are old.
