Pros
The culture! The people at Network are like family. Everyone is so friendly, positive, and have your best interest. It all stems down from the CEO and executive leadership team. They have high expectations of their employees but it consistently pushes people to be better. Network is growing and so many opportunities and have been created because of the growth. Network just acquired another company and the growth will continue to persevere.
Cons
Some growing pains as there’s no business being brought on. Well they are hiring a lot of new people, network will never be a large company when it comes to headcount. Understanding that it will be extremely fast pace and that you will be challenged every day is key. But this can still be seen as a benefit in my eyes.

Pros
Open and collaborate work environment with the new CEO. Excellent transparency and communication under the new leadership. Lots of work, focus and effort has been put forth to improve the culture and create a high level of trust.
Cons
Not a traditional business model or industry, so difficult to get your grasp of the structure and strategy quickly. Takes 12-18 months to fully grasp the business if you are not from this industry.

Our company is in a high-growth mode and presents excellent growth opportunities to current and new professionals. I started with the company over 10 years ago and have had many opportunities to grow in knowledge, experience and contribution to the company. We have many long-term employees that have grown within the company, a great indication of a strong culture. We frequently measure employee engagement and have made tangible improvements that have been acknowledge by the employees. Our leadership team works diligently to increase employee engagement. Our culture has been strong and is getting stronger by the day.

The PEOPLE! New executive leadership team has been making great improvements. They truly care about the employees, the work environment, work-life balance and health. There is a new committee that works on adding fun events and social activities. Network is a big company that feels like a small company. Everyone, including the Executive team is very approachable and easy to work with.
Cons
The business model is complicated and there is a learning curve. Some systems are outdated currently but there is a huge focus on improving them.
