Pros

Development, friendly people, great manager. Great pay, great annual leave, 1 day extra annual leave if no sickness days for the year, use to get bonus then changed to one of bigger salary increase, 10% pension match, hybrid working, flexible, if in good team you get a great sense of team, celebration and learning of different cultures/backgrounds/celebrations throughout the year, summer and Christmas parties, good unforced team bonding, some great professionals to learn from, sponsorships for courses.

Cons

Some managers (a lot are no longer there) are just ego centres but it’s a rare experience. Shouldn’t have got rid of bonuses.
