Pros

Lots of very experienced employees to gain insight from, great opportunities to use fellow partners when you run into problems at a client. Management does a good job of checking in with needs of employees. Day to day experience and work-life balance are strong.

Cons

- "Competitive salaries" are touted - however, keep in mind that this company is headquartered in rural Indiana. What is a "competitive" salary there does not index well if you live in a high cost of living state or metro area. Also - and this was NOT transparent in the interview process - NO BONUSES. NO yearly raises. Not even a performance review. A new program has been introduced to give meager bonuses to partners who work extra billable hours - these bonuses don't even amount to what those hours would be paid at our equivalent hourly rate PTO lacking - 15 days (including sick time) and only 9 recognized holidays.

Pros

-Work life balance -Remote work -good reimbursements and fun events

Cons

-selling something that others already sell at a premium -claims their product is better when it’s reality middle of the pack -they will feed you all this company kool-aid, be weary, these loyalties don’t exist -managers aren’t really people you’re impressed by or want to “follow into battle”, a lot of dorky characters that only care about looking food instead of results -new company has still not worked out good processes for everything from sales to communication -old CEO, tim early, who was GREAT, left, new leadership lost values and is all over the place -insane turnover across the organization -members insist it’s no bother to get in touch with them-they pretend to encourage this but in reality they’re annoyed everytime. -id watch out. They promise high wages and great benefits but they’ll rug pull you at moments notice. You’re going up against staffing firms who can place someone at a third of a cost, or firms who have better consultants for a better price. This is a HARD sale, especially with outrageous multipliers and poor communication across the organization. SME’s are great and very knowledgeable but the sales team (management) is a disgusting mess.

Pros

- Some talented, wonderful to work with coworkers - Bonding over dislike of management

Cons

- Holds monthly meetings that get pushed back last second and management gets defensive when questions are asked - No sick days - No clear career ladder, wishy-washy with timelines - Strong contracts on non-competes and non-solicitation that could net you legal trouble should you leave (check your state) - Heavily pushes employees to advocate company on Linkedin as a second job, which is a bit uncomfortable for some folks - Preaches about saving the world and not being a staffing company when they actually are just a staffing company; "consulting" is a misnomer used to get more $$$ out of client contracts - Advocates an "Apprentice Leadership Program" for 3 years when in fact it is 2-3 months of training followed by working a regular job
