      Pros

      Company really feels like a family. They listen to your ideas and then try to incorporate them if it is possible. It doesn't matter what level of employee you are, it seems as if everyone is heard.

      Cons

      Everyone is related to someone but that is changing over the course of time. Not a bad thing, just interesting.
