      Pros

      Ryan and the team were a fantastic group to work with the pay decent and also there was room to growth. The benefits are amazing. You get a lot of PTO and they are flexible.

      Pros

      There is room for flexible days & creating a schedule that suits individual needs. Management makes it difficult to capitalize on “free time” and will often micromanage your routines.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor/incompetent leadership, micro -managing is the norm, lots of change day to day (documentation & client needs will be unmanageable in 40 hours but not acknowledged to be so) without regard for adjustment time. Lots of “slaps on the wrist” for normal work problems.
