      Pros

      Scientific team was really nice and supportive, the company has good connections to the research field and offers great opportunities for travelling etc.

      Cons

      The company felt overall disorganized and messy. Weird and hostile management style, which was the reason I left and likely why many others did as well

      Product was limited. High turnover speaks for itself. Management was a bit manipulative without clear guidelines of what to expect

      - A small but enthusiastic and friendly team - As far as I can tell, one of the few neuroscience companies in Finland - International environment, Finnish is not required - Good product and CRO services

      Cons

      - Limited growth opportunities - Interesting job but it can become monotonous over time - Compensation could be more competitive
