      Pros

      You can pick your hours days you want to work. It is like the wild west.

      Cons

      The company is family owned and the family has no direction. There is no communication, and all the higher ups are useless. Laziness is a disease that plagues the company.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, fun co-workers (for the most part).

      Cons

      Management, if you can call it that, is 1 person, the CEO/Owner. All decisions, big & small, are made by him. He is hard headed, in-flexible, immature, poor decision maker, illogical, makes changes on a whim, makes multiple changes at the same time and then can't figure out what went wrong, horrible with money - spends it all frivolously when there is money then lays people off when there isn't. Not a people person - uncommunicative and not only because he doesn't have a cell phone (that's just a sympton), avoids confrontation at all costs.
