Pros
Willing to work with your schedule, making a difference in the lives of the residents, overtime available
Cons
Management is a joke, they will text you to ask you a question while your at work instead of asking you face to face, they're sleeping with each other & they will literally hire anybody as long as they can pass an initial background check and drug test, although the drug test is not supervised and all sorts of druggies get hired anyway, it is so bad that employees are being robbed of money out of their purses and wallets when they are left in the break room. Also, management has their "favorites", and it shows by who gets to smoke all day and call in sick constantly without reprimand, while others get talked to or written up for calling in sick with a doctors note. Also, they do this work performance review every 6 months and based on your performance you get a raise. Its also a joke because management decides the raise amount based on performance, however management never actually observes you. They ask the nurses, who ask the "favorites" what they think of you, and if they don't particularly like you for any reason, that's what the review is based on. Its totally biased. They ask you to spend extra time building a friendship with the residents, however anytime you take extra time to do anything you considered slow or lazy. Don't expect to get ahead here unless you suck up to the favorites. Period.
