I was an employee at Newnet after my division was acquired by them from Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN). Prior to this I was a Sales Director at Motorola where I'd been for 15 years. After a year of dealing with bad management, cheats, and liars I was made redundant in 2012, despite having managed 5 accounts at the time and bringing in solid revenue to the firm. The retirement package owed to me, after nearly 20 years at Motorola, NSN and Newnet combined, was taken into Newnet's accounts and was contractually obligated to be paid to me if they let me go. However, at the last second, they decided they "had no money" to do so, they closed the shell corporation they set up in Dubai called WiMax Networks, and they left me with nothing. Money that was owed to me that I spent my life working for.

No one feels there is a future in the company. Benefit on the way of sharp decline with the acquisition legal liability term coming to an end. Cut 70-80% of the acquired workforce in less than 1 year.
