Pros
It was quite nice to give like a month for a fresh man to get known on the work. And there are an training master you could ask when you have questions.
Cons
As I said you have one month window to learn the skills, but you may not know how to begin. And the master is currently working on other projects, it not flexible to be ready to take care of you.
