Pros

The company offers great diversity and provides sponsorship opportunities, which can be valuable for those seeking career growth in a global environment. While you are required to commit for two years to cover the application fee (which is reasonable), this can still be a solid path for those needing sponsorship. However, it’s worth noting that, given the current salary structure, many entry- to mid-level salaries may no longer meet the UK’s sponsorship threshold, which raises concerns about long-term sustainability for those relying on sponsorship.

Cons

The company appears to be undergoing a quiet, strategic downsizing—removing flexibility, freezing hiring, and withholding raises. As a result, team sizes continue to shrink while workloads grow, leading to a stressful and unsustainable work environment. Unsurprisingly, this is causing more people to leave. Starting in January, there will be no flexibility in working hours or location, with a mandatory return to 100% on-site work. There’s very little opportunity for internal growth. Promotions are rare, and when they do happen, they often come with only a small salary bump rather than aligning with the actual pay for the role. External hires, however, are brought in at full market rates. It’s especially difficult to reach manager-level roles from within, as the company seems to prefer hiring leadership externally rather than rewarding internal talent. There are signs that some functions may be moving overseas, but it’s not communicated transparently—leaving employees in the dark and adding to the overall sense of instability.
