      Pros

      Everybody had an interest in the success of our students and colleagues. The owner was attentive and cared about the well-being of staff. The hiring process ensured all those hired were truly qualified and capable of contributing. Great company.

      Cons

      The company merged with another company, and corporate culture changed - not for the best.
