      Great training and support, but limited remote work options

      Pros

      Really great training program for newcomers in the industry, along with strong team support and well-organized staff events. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start a career in Tech Recruitment.

      Cons

      Not really possible to work from home, but that seems quite common across many recruitment agencies anyway.
