Pros

It's overall a good and friendly workplace environment, especially for starting out. I appreciate being able to work from home.

Cons

Not a very modern tech stack, which raises concerns about career growth. Pay isn't as good as it could be, even for those with over five years at the company. Doesn't feel like there's much incentive to stay with the company for the long haul to develop and improve products and features when that domain-knowledge isn't valued highly, and one could find better compensation and career growth elsewhere.
