Pros

I love the physicians I work with. I love helping patients.

Cons

Where do I start? Management is in shambles. They tell us of record revenue, but then tell us we are paid too much. They complain about our excessive hours when they are the ones to schedule those hours. They have a bonus program, but that's a mess too. There's almost always an issue with the payout, and they're secretly trying to take it away. Want to take time off? Good luck. Vacation requests are rarely approved (unless you work in the office), and you'll stop accruing quickly. They won't buy it back either. There was one good person working there, but she quickly left. Don't blame her.

Pros

Good pay if you know how to negotiate for yourself and leverage power.

Cons

Terrible work life balance, bottom of the barrel benefits, no compensation increase culture (CEO is open about it and makes distasteful jokes about it at conference), Promotions carry more work but not more pay - they try to get you to “prove” your worth and then give you a compensation increase for promotion at some “future date”. I declined the leadership role that was offered to me as a result. You will feel disrespected, unvalued, and unheard on a daily basis.

Pros

Good pay compared to other Healthcare Laser companies.

Cons

Nothing but lies. You will never get a straight answer. Misleading information. Management is oblivious to what is going on in the field. Telling techs in the field to not be honest with Doctors. Several occasions equipment has broken down and they don’t have the money to fix it. Using equipment on patients that could cause complications during surgeries.
