      Stay away! Company has gone downhill in employee satisfaction and business performance

      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible hours. That's about it.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else is way below average, keep laying off and giving employees more and more work, no raises, no loyalty to long time employees, employee well being has gone down the drain. Would not recommend this company to anyone to work at!

      Pay attention to other reviews. Working here without heeding their advice at your peril.

      -Lots of aggressiveness and hostility -Chronic anger, frustration, high anxiety for employees -Low morale and high attrition due to a perpetual culture of fear -Unstable, slow, and buggy product -Unrealistic and unmanageable workload -Poor and ineffective leadership (lack of communication, micromanagement, nepotism, unclear expectations, intimidation, and constant shifting priorities)

      Pros

      There are some very nice people who work at NextAce. Cannot think of any other pros.

      Cons

      Abusive and extremely unprofessional work environment with absolutely no work/life balance. If you want to be put down and mistreated, while getting below average pay, this is the place for you. The negative reviews you read are all on-point; the only positive review is 100% a plant and written by management.
