Pros

Note: All good reviews are given by HR. I have worked in this organization and there is no designation like Platform engineer / Senior Developer etc everything is fake. read bad reviews only Only Pros I can say is good for fresher if and only if you joined the database development team. There is no growth for people joining in Support / Scrum Master/testing

Cons

1) Higher management is very biased to a few people who hang out with them. 2) Testing Team is treated very badly, no automation for them no new learning 3) You are not allowed to talk to people in UK. only upper management talk to them. so they can play their cards wisely 4) Bonus is only given to select a few people. 5) There are only 3 projects you don't get change project ever. 6) I heard upper management literally giving bad words to junior if they make a small mistake. I was never given one but I have seen bad words given to my colleague. 7) Bonus again is very biased is only given to Mumbai branch, if you talk to Gujrat branch they are said there is no such thing as a bonus in nextgen. 8) it's not a friendly environment, few people are spies if they hear talking bad about anyone or the company it goes to management.

Nextgen Clearing Response

Nextgen has a strong people culture and manages a distributed work force of 190 team members across 15 countries around the world. We promote our core values throughout the company by example from leadership, throughout the teams via regular formal meetings, regular company updates via conference calls, newsletters and Town Halls. We also run quarterly staff surveys which are anonymous and have found the feedback very valuable in the last few years and acted upon a number of staff suggestions. Our current CEO, who has been in this role for 10 months, together with our HR Manager, are determined to continue promoting our “open door” policy and a fun, challenging, friendly and rewarding workplace environment.
