      Manager Matters and opinions are best kept to yourself

      Pros

      If you land a manager that was hired within, You are off to the races because they know what you need and how to help you with CS issues and getting other departments to support your client's needs.

      Cons

      If your manager was an outside hire, they wont know how to do anything and they will operate from an "ivory tower". You will also get rotated to different teams so you will never have the same manager more than a year. Goldman Sachs essentially owns the company. They no longer operate as they used to. Everyone is a number.
