      Pros

      Overall great work enviroment, excellent work life balance, you get to work flexible hours, great snack options, coworkers are awesome, the executives are very approachable and care about the employees.

      Cons

      I have yet to find one.

      Pros

      Good company culture. They care for their employees, offering good assistance and individual plans of growing. Accessible owners.

      Cons

      As far as I know, almost all Nextly projects are from another tech companies, and Nextly kind of "sell" developer for these companies in US and Europe. So you will work in projects of another companies and will have to report twice. This happened to me.
