Pros

Company Mission and Products are outstanding. Definitely a market leader.

Cons

You are expected to work all the time and be available for calls/meetings in the evenings and on weekends. There is no regard for parental or family responsibilities. If you are a white male, this company is the perfect place for you. They put a freeze on hiring but then hired multiple white men in high-paying roles. The Sales leader, CEO, and others use foul language in meetings all the time.

Toxic work environment

Pros

Profitable company with a great future

Cons

Unpersonable coworkers, rude management and executives, terrible work/life balance. I would be contacted at literally all hours of the day about work. My 1:1 with manager was ALWAYS work related, there was no personal level at all. In monthly meetings I’d watch senior execs openly be disrespectful and confrontational with my boss and my boss’s boss. Absolutely toxic. Not to mention my experience was not understood so the job I was hired on for realistically did not match my experience level.
