      Billion Dollar company with solid customer base in call recording platform

      1. No career growth 2. Lot of internal politics 3. Executive Management in APAC is filled with ego and pride 4. You got to an "YES" man to survive the culture, you will be shown door for any small amount of disagreement with management 5. Difficulty in selling advanced application solutions - lot of implementation delivery issues with speech analytics, customer feedback managment etc 6. Save your *** culture rather than encouraging innovation, creativity 7. Not a partner friendly company

      Inadequate salary increments and bonuses below market standards. Excessive excuses are made to justify poor performance. There is an expectation to deliver more, yet fair rewards are not given.
