Pros

Easy and fast onboarding, very brief interviews.

Cons

owner drivern business, with little or no value to employees. The 3 owners are driven by pride and superior air, constant shouting and demeaning employees is a regular affair there, no wonder attrition rate is so high. Lots of manipulation happens during client communications and deliverables are often not met. Would not recommend to any ambitious career seekers.

Only good thing about company is there is a lot to learn only if you can cope up with the system.

Cons

Horrible corporate culture, over exploitation of employees, no streamlined processes for anything, no claims for meetings and travel for company work, delayed salaries, etc.

Only pro is that you can play music in office if CEOs mood is good.

Cons

1. CEO will never tell you or help you in anything. 2. never appreciate your work. 3. No work life balance. 4. Salary not in time. 5. Irrelevant Bond/contract. 6. Abusive language and will treat you like a slave. 7. they will give work which is not under your role too. 8. Rule of one day will not applicable the other day. (in hindi Dogale log hai) 9. There are many more cons, made me resign in 24 days by telling everyday that you are not good and when i resigned gave me notice period of 30 days and also didnt received salary till now.
