      A company with NO moral values and NO future plans

      Pros

      free food, free parking(2 kms away frm office), free biscuit and colddrink (as told by HR) annual parties are fun. employees comes from reputed colleges/ organizations

      Cons

      poor Work, poorer work culture, unplanned product execution, ideas without proof of concepts gets selected for product. there are no processes at all, but processes have to be followed. if you know top management they you can do 'whatever' you want, otherwise it will be difficult for you to survive. if you want to live with dignity, dont join Nimbuzz. management wont let you live if they dont like you. a few managers have no moral values, people commenting on female employees. No gowth. overall it's a gossip company.

      statrted off really good. good growth of product exciting ideas

      team expansion saw a lot of overpriced wrong hires Top management more interested in their politics and who the hottest girl is on the day

      The best part is Work Culture along with good salary and technology. good leaders make work motivating

      A much better selection process could leader to the induction of a better work force which in turn will make it a much better place.
