      1. WLB is really good. 2. I haven't worked nights or weekends for so long. 2. Income is relatively stable 3. Fewer recruitment positions

      Cons

      1. Worse TC 2. There are indeed quite a few groups that have legacy stuff, but it's slowly getting better 3. RTO

      Pros

      Cannot think about even one.

      Cons

      Hostile and high pressure work culture; no leisure weekend or even night; no easy vocation time; someone (guess who) keeps yelling at people in the office (really loudly and uncomfortable).
