Great team, send over all necessary it equipment to get you started if you work remotely, always welcome to visit and the office is a great place.

Cons

This appears to no longer be the case but one of the senior directors made it really difficult for creative contribution.

Listened to alot of the criticisms levelled at them previously around management style and much more creative input from individuals encouraged then before. Excellent benefits package, well looked after during COVID . WFH and Hybrid still permitted / allowed and as long as you don't become a stranger to the Studio this is something that looks to stay. Great culture and social interaction... Ninja's like to have fun!!

Cons

No car parking onsite... but it's central Cambridge so that's not really a surprise, close to links for Train / Bus / Shops though
