Pros

Brand recognition and generosity with giveaways and benefits. Great having a company store on site. See amazingly talented people work there.

Cons

Keep poor managers. Not safe to challenge the status quo. Too many processes. Inefficient and ineffective. Leadership doesn't care because too busy politicking.
