While there is definite value in having the flexibility and agility to chart our own course, we are always open to explore new opportunities that will enable us to continue delivering excellence to our partners and clients. Regarding compensation, indeed we have decided to focus on higher base pays rather than bonuses. This has created a straightforward remuneration framework that most of our teams seem to appreciate. Like many other companies that have offices across multiple regions, our teams often work across different time zones.
