Pros

Salary wise is considered competitive

Cons

Horrible workplace with local SME type of operating model. Not operating like an actual MNC. Overly emphasize on profits but not it's people. Most of the employees join due to connections.

Pros

Free lunch, company transport and free dessert on every friday

Cons

Won't recommend anyone to apply for this position as the salary is pathetic and the work load is enough to drain you out. Not only you have to handle your individual project but you have to help other that are higher rank than you to conduct their testing
