Good people, poor management and HR decisions

Pros

The company has a good work/life balance, depending on your position. The over all culture is good, and most of the people there are friendly.

Cons

HR has some serious problems. Pay is low and attendance policies are rather draconian. There are also different attendance standards between salaried and hourly workers, despite management claiming to the contrary. Work/life balance is good unless you are a production employee, if you are a production or warehouse employee, you can pretty much forget about your weekends.

Some nice people. Nice building and location

Cons

If you are not in the "club" your are harassed until you quit. HR runs the company and controls everyone actions. Too many cliques and too petty. No work life balance. Worse is that management rules by fear and intimidation. If they don't like you, no one will work with you. Siloed mentality. Too much politics.

Pros

The pay for the labor provided isn't horrible. The three shifts available to be worked in the production level of the company all provide a way for associates to have some time off during normal business hours which is a nice change from prior jobs.

Cons

Management is very messy, everyone in the management setting has zero experience with working in their respective departments which creates unrealistic expectations from management and creates a stress filled environment for the associates they work under.
