Pros
Very healthy organizational culture. Lots of opportunities for learning. Very skilled, down-to-earth, no-nonsense colleagues. Company is profitable even during turbulent times. Nice HQ with sauna in downtown Helsinki can be used by employees all week.
Cons
At very senior levels it is difficult to raise your salary. Seems to apply to more juniors as well, you can be better paid somewhere else. Pay is not bad, it is just not top-notch.
