Pros
Insurance and benefits are adequate but definitely not the best by far.
Cons
Terrible treatment of employees, zero incentive to work there anymore. Low pay compared to other jobs in America. Union agreement employees are treated terribly, they’re treated as just a number and not assets when they’re the backbone of the company. Union agreement employees are also very underpaid compared to other skilled labor positions. It’s 2019 not 1985 anymore. Moral is terribly low due to management and low pay and the people that are hired. Union is only good at protecting the employees that are lazy and useless. The productive employees are just expected to pick up their slack for the same amount of pay which in return creates bitterness. Company is still stuck in the Stone Age and refuses to evolve.
