      1) Its a 8 hrs Job so you will get time for yourself. 2) If knowledge hungry, then you will learn new things.

      Cons

      1) No matter How Hard you work the company will not appriciate it. 2) No matter if you are Hard working or not you will get fixed 8 percent hike. So if you want to waste your energy you can. 3) If you showcased that you are capable of doing some jobs better. Company will always ask you to do it. But you will not get any hike based on your skills. 4) Last but very Important if you can do certification in Bangla Lenguage or Change Your Last name To Mukhargee, Sahay, chandra then you will get 5X growth. Because only Bengali people will get promoted.
