Staff was "all in it together"

Members would not tip, often times managers told members tip was already included even though it was only 17%, pooled tip

Pros

The staff and members were very friendly.

Cons

management was disorganized and overwhelmed by all the changes happening. It did not settle the entire time I was working there. There was constant changes. There was also lots of miscommunication and pay would get messed up sometimes.
