Way too much turnover. I don't even introduce myself to new employees anymore because there is a strong chance I'll never see them again. Old, out of date equipment and facilities. Nobody seems to take any pride in the appearance of the building and nobody will take ownership to correct it. It's pretty embarrasing to walk a patient past carpet stains and bring them to a dressing room with a broken door accordion door. Very poor workflow from a tech standpoint. Stubborn bosses from an old regime that won't adapt to the requirements of new company ownership in a fast changing landscape of healthcare.

Management was mediocre. One of the managers was ok. One manager is very immature. She befriends other techs who are immature as well. A lot of favoritism. Some of the lowest pay ever. You had to befriend the right people to cross train.
