Pros

I'm not going to lie, they do pay but not in full. You actually lose money instead of gaining. They still owe me over $1000. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. And this is a REAL PERSON NOT A ROBOT....... 2/24/2016!!!!! THIEFS!!!

Cons

Don't work for them, they will not pay what they owe. THIEFS

Pros

there is some work occasionally.

Cons

You won't make money! They pay $18 per acre lawn to mow (What a joke!!) They beg you to go 80 miles to mow a lawn and promise to reimburse your mileage. Then they tell you you need to go back and do something that doesn't really need to be done so that they don't have to pay you or reimburse your gas. Its them using you to do work for them for free. STAY AWAY!!!

This Company Is Terrible

Pros

I don't know how, but they did manage to assemble a good team of people, although a great many of them have left since January. People are bailing. Those who remain want to bail. The office is in a good location.

Cons

Let's start with the ownership. If there is one thing preventing this company from doing well, its the owner. I've never seen an owner/SR level manager with such a complete lack of leadership skills. He is more interested in trying to develop Salesforce into a project management software and overly micro-managing the employee's cell phone use than he is monitoring the morale on his operations floor. The guy is cheap, arrogant, and has zero clue about a large portion of the business he is trying to run. The morale is terrible. I am talking miserable. Nobody is happy. Nobody is compensated well. There is absolutely no merit raises or even an occasional thank you for a job well done. Josh has absolutely terrible leadership. The owner often rips off his sub-contractors by not paying them for their work or paying them only a portion of what they were to be paid for a job. There are rumors of a lot of legal trouble and many people are preparing for more layoffs and the company possibly shutting down. People in management have stated the company is facing money problems. They are trying to use Salesforce as a solo platform business solution. Including project management, accounting, data storage, HR, and operations. Its a ridiculous, labor intensive system. The people he has in leadership positions are a joke. There is, literally, no advancement. I have only seen two times when a good internal employee has been promoted to a better position. If you do take a job here, DEMAND that you are on an hourly rate because Josh forces people to work far over 40 hours and doesn't compensate them a bit. He has no respect for families. He has no respect for boundaries. Company severely lacks both ethics and integrity. They lie to their sub-contractors. They lie to their customers. They lie about their capabilities. They lie about everything.
