Many come from different sales roles and continuously are pushing outdated tactics which are essentially this way or the highway. I don't find it coincidental all of other leaders who had different ideas, were recently let go or departed volunteering -Preach growth from within, yet provides zero path for promotion and halts any successful individual who may be trending faster than the "set" timeline.
