Notion is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The culture at Notion is the best I've ever worked for; everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Everyone is working towards an aligned mission, and the ability to collaborate and make decisions, as well as mistakes, allows for a space that fosters psychological safety. There is deep care for employees, which comes to life through benefits, compensation, learning and development, rewards, and recognition.

I've been at Notion going on 9 months and I can honestly say that I don't have any cons.
