      Great technology with very unique benefits

      Cons

      Company is schizophrenic in their focus and direction. Management is unable to effectively lead the company in the right direction and does not care about sales force concerns or input, they only care about closing deals regardless of how shady some of their business practices are. Layoffs occurred due to poor management and lack of direction
