Leadership's idea of management is using phrases like "be all in" which is more of a passive aggressive threat to your employment than anything else and talks about mediocrity while being soundly mediocre. -Typically the finance team is all about efficient use of money to grow the business, however under the new leadership and due to the lack of growth, finance has turned into bean counters that are more concerned with the cost of things like coffee creamer rather than investing in growth.
